Coronavirus - Information for our customers

The coronavirus comes with many challenges for all of us. All in-person visits have been cancelled until further notice. Instead, we offer our customers online meetings to maintain exceptional customer service. A large part of our team is now working in home offices and we remain available to you by phone or email without restrictions.

To our valued customers,

The current situation regarding the outbreak of the coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) is developing rapidly and changes daily. Because the safety and well-being of our employees, customers and partners are our top priority, we would like to inform you about our plans as an organization during this global health problem.

Taking into account the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, we reviewed our processes and prepared emergency plans. The goal is to minimize the risk for you as our customers while maintaining the ability to deliver and minimizing potential global trading risks.

We have decided to cancel all on-site appointments scheduled by our sales staff in upcoming weeks as well as visits to our company. We offer our customers to participate in online meeting and video conferences and will reschedule your personal appointment in due course.

Furthermore, we have relocated a large part of our daily activities to home offices. Your direct contacts remain available to you by phone and email without restrictions during normal business hours.

To avoid large crowds of people, all other employees are working in two shifts and have been informed about appropriate rules of conduct, such as regular hand washing and keeping social distance.

One question that we are now increasingly confronted with is that of measures for reliable supply of parts and components. We remain in constant communication with our suppliers. Nevertheless, we are currently not receiving any binding statements or confirmations regarding future delivery dates. Even as manufacturing in the Far East has resumed, there are still restrictions and delivery delays that have to be taken into account.

Since the current situation can only be assessed on short notice it is difficult to estimate the extent of the overall impact. We therefore ask you to consider postponing required delivery dates and taking these into account in your strategic planning.

We continue to work on solutions to this problem and focus on replacement resources and the best possible supply of parts and components.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will assist you to the best of our ability given current information.
