We are aware that virtual meetings cannot replace direct, in-person visits and interaction. However, web conferencing solutions allow all parties involved to conduct conversations flexibly and independent of location. We also view the current situation as an opportunity to actively break new ground in communication.
What tool do we use?
We use Microsoft Teams for our online meetings and web conferences. No downloads or installations are necessary for you to use this tool. A link opened in a web browser provides log in access to the online conference. The tool is very user-friendly and intuitive; therefore, no previous training is necessary. You can even participate on-the-go using the app on a tablet or smartphone.
How does a web conference work?
All you need to join a team meeting is a link, which will be sent to you by your H+K contact via an Outlook meeting invitation. When opening the link or selecting Join Microsoft Teams Meeting in your invitation, you will be taken to a page where you can join online or download the desktop app to join. If you already have the Teams App, it will be used automatically to open the meeting.

- Independent of location – colleagues who are travelling or work in a home office can easily participate.
